- Cosmos 4000. Mission to Avalon corporate game
- Group divided into 10 teams
- Duration: 4 hours (including the debrief)
- Format: in-person (conference room)
- Language: English
Objectives
The client was looking for a solution that would align with the company’s strategy of building a culture of accountability. The goal was to shape an attitude of shared responsibility for project success, independent thinking and action, as well as curiosity and willingness to ask questions, and taking initiative.
The employees selected for the program had already attended many training sessions and were now expecting a different, interesting, and inspiring development tool. Since these are very busy people, it was important that the learning event was short enough to let them get back to work the same day, while still being fully effective.
