Fun. Bonding. Learning.
Games4Biz corporate games are our proprietary solutions based on the concept of experiential learning. During gameplay, participants have fun, bond, and simultaneously develop important soft skills, including many future work skills.
Due to their innovative design, our corporate games are an excellent alternative to traditional training, ensuring greater engagement, faster acquisition of new skills, and better knowledge retention.
And these are just some of their many advantages…

Most training games available on the market are offered as a “buy and run” product. They are purchased as a standard boxed product and facilitated by clients using their own resources.
While this may seem like a convenient solution, it comes with various inconveniences, risks, and other drawbacks.
First, learning and thoroughly understanding the rules of a corporate game is very time-consuming.
Second, it does not guarantee smooth facilitation – situations almost always arise that the instructions do not cover. Certain things come out “in the wash.” For example, you cannot anticipate all participants’ questions, and not knowing the answers in a large forum can be very discouraging for facilitators.
Third, you must dedicate your own employees (sometimes several people) to facilitate the game, which can be difficult with tight schedules.
Finally, to keep costs down, the visual appeal and craftsmanship of standard “out-of-the-box” games is on the low end.
First and foremost, Games4Biz corporate games are not a standard “off-the-shelf” product, but rather a comprehensive learning solution: your job is to have fun, and we take care of everything else.
We begin with an interview, through which we learn about your goals, vision, business priorities, and challenges. We then customize the debrief to make sure it reflects your reality 100 percent. This is extremely difficult – if at all possible – to achieve with a standardized product.
Moreover, we relieve you of the need to painstakingly learn the rules and all the nuances of the game, and then facilitate it, because that is on our side, including those difficult questions that always arise. We handle them perfectly, as we have many gameplay sessions behind us. For you, this means time savings, complete peace of mind, and elimination of the risk of awkward situations.
After the game ends, we moderate a discussion in which we inspire participants to independently translate the game’s symbolism to their business realities. This is a moment of deep reflection and drawing valuable conclusions for themselves: what to do differently, better, what changes to implement. This type of summary requires extensive experience on the moderator’s part, and we provide that.
Finally, our games have rich artistic design: high-quality props refined in the smallest details, thematic costumes, and atmospheric music. We even pay attention to the appropriate room décor and narration adapted to the era in which the games are set. All of this ensures that your employees will fully immerse themselves in the fantasy scenarios, experiencing emotions as if they were truly at the center of the action.

Participants immerse themselves in the gameplay. They make decisions and act in the way they usually do in their daily work. As a result, the game becomes a mirror reflection of their current behaviors.
Then, they discuss what happened, what decisions they made, and what their consequences were.
They plan to apply what they have learned: how can they use this in practice? What changes will they implement? What will be the specific actions?
They translate the game's symbolism to their own realities. They look for analogies to their reality. They draw conclusions: what did they learn? What did the game make them realize?

Here are 8 important reasons why you should provide your team with participation in one of our unique Games4Biz business games:
Corporate meetings and some training sessions can be tedious and lacking in dynamics. As a result, employees often reach for their phones and start checking emails. Games4Biz business games eliminate boredom because from start to finish they maximally engage everyone. Fantasy scenarios are a source of tremendous emotions, everyone has their role to play, and the key to success is active participation. Moreover, we can ensure that the main message of your event resonates strongly in the game.
Games4Biz games are based on the concept of experiential learning (experiential learning). This is the most effective learning method, developed by David A. Kolb, widely accepted as the foundation of learning organizations. Experiences in our games, based on extremely engaging scenarios, give you the opportunity to safely try out specific behaviors and observe their consequences. By comparison, training does not offer this. Research shows that learning through action, that is, experiencing, produces much better results in the form of increased motivation and stronger knowledge retention than traditional training. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the scenarios of our games indirectly relate to business realities, you will easily find analogies to your daily work. Thanks to this, you will not have to wait long for positive changes in the company.
Employee integration should not be limited to typical attractions, such as joint restaurant outings, company picnics, or field games. It is worth thinking about more interesting events that provide a better return on investment and stronger, more long-lasting effects. These include Games4Biz business games, which not only provide great fun but also stimulate drawing inspiring conclusions. They shape such important skills as open and precise communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. They show that the “WE TOGETHER” attitude will always have an advantage over the “US-THEM” or “ME ALONE” approach.
For “learning journeys” (learning journeys) for employees to be maximally effective, they should include various forms of competency development. Our training games can effectively enrich your repertoire of teaching tools. They combine valuable content with an attractive form. Games can stand alone or be part of a training project, both individual workshops and entire development academies. You can use them at any stage of the project: from its grand opening to a strong conclusion – as the cherry on top. Games4Biz games develop key soft skills, including many future competencies. And these will determine your company’s competitiveness in the coming years.
Bad weather has ruined many an outdoor event. Since our team-building games are played in comfortable conference rooms, they are not affected by cold, heat, or rain. Your team can fully focus on the gameplay without worrying about the weather outside.
In today’s “crazy” world, it is increasingly difficult to find time for a one- or even two-day event, such as training. Depending on the goals set, Games4Biz business games last only 2 to 4 hours. Do you want to thoroughly discuss behaviors in the game and draw inspiring conclusions? It is worth investing 3-4 hours. Or perhaps you are primarily focused on good fun and team integration? In that case, 2 hours will be completely sufficient. Moreover, you can schedule our strategic games in any time slots during the day, depending on your preferences.
A very large number of people can successfully participate in our training games because the game mechanism ensures the same effectiveness in both a 6-person group and a 200-person group. And after all, no one wants to divide a team for which the priority is excellent communication, cooperation, and playing for the same goal, right?
Good news for international teams where not everyone speaks Polish. Games4Biz team-building games are developed and facilitated in Polish and English. Since the main moderator was born and raised in Canada, he speaks English at a native speaker level, without a trace of a foreign accent.
We even have the ability to facilitate our strategic games in both languages simultaneously, so that everyone feels comfortable.

At Games4Biz, we place great emphasis on ensuring that our business games reflect the professional realities of participants. What does this look like step by step?
Even before the event, we will meet with you to understand the situational context of the game and your goals, challenges, and priorities.
Based on this, we will prepare the second part of the game – the summary, adapting it to your market and company situation. Our moderators have many years of business experience, which will make this possible.
Thanks to this, we will speak your language, and participants will fully identify with the game’s symbolism. As a result, they will easily draw valuable conclusions for themselves and decide to implement necessary changes in their attitudes and actions.

Games4Biz business games are enriched with the Mentimeter application. We use it in the summary and conclusions section, ensuring full interactivity, even in a very large group.
How does it work? The game participant simply needs to log in to www.menti.com on their mobile device (phone or tablet), enter the provided code, and from that moment on, they can actively participate in the discussion, answer questions, and share thoughts and ideas. All comments from them and other players will be displayed on the large screen in real time.
So even in a 200-person group, everyone will be heard, every voice in the discussion will count. Comments will be presented in the forum in a very attractive and diverse visual form, which will facilitate drawing and remembering key conclusions. All of this will increase the level of participant engagement, and as is known, the greater the engagement, the greater the benefits from the game.
It is worth adding that for the psychological comfort of participants, complete anonymity of responses will be maintained, so they can comment honestly without worrying “how it will be received.”
A huge advantage of Games4Biz games is the super flexible format, enabling effective gameplay even in groups of up to 200 people. Games owe this to an engine that is very “friendly” for large groups.
