Paweł Chabros
Managing Director
Games4Biz
I graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 1992, majoring in Foreign Trade. I am a certified Insights Discovery trainer, an ICC (International Coaching Community) coach, and a WIAL Action Learning coach. As the Managing Director and co-creator of Games4Biz, I facilitate business simulation games designed to help individuals unlock their full potential. Outside of work, I’m passionate about bushcraft, river kayaking, and great sci-fi movies.
I hold degrees in Psychology and Polish Philology from the University of Warsaw. Professionally, I am a business trainer, a strengths-based coach, and a certified Lumina Learning practitioner. When facilitating Games4Biz corporate simulation games, I foster collaboration and create a safe space for experimentation. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing and board games, and I volunteer my time teaching digital literacy skills to adults.
I am a graduate of the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź and the IPT Center for Creativity and Entrepreneurship. Professionally, I work as an interpersonal skills trainer. When facilitating Games4Biz training games, I emphasize effective, goal-oriented communication. I am deeply fascinated by human behavior in the face of changing environments. Outside of work, my passions include acting—backed by stage experience—writing poetry and novels, and volunteering with charitable organizations.
I hold a degree in Organizational Management from WSB Merito University, a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, and a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Wrocław. Professionally, I work as a business trainer, leader, and marketer. When co-facilitating Games4Biz simulations, my focus is entirely on the people—supporting them in the moment so they can maximize their learning experience. Outside of work, I am a Scout instructor and passionate about nutrition, healthy living, music, and ballroom dancing.
I hold a degree in Business Psychology from SWPS University and am currently completing postgraduate studies in Job Coaching and Modern Career Counseling. Professionally, I work as a business psychologist, coach, and soft skills trainer. What I value most about facilitating Games4Biz strategy games is the opportunity to observe behavior patterns from multiple perspectives and highlight the most effective ones. Outside of work, I am interested in personality psychology, mindfulness, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and I practice martial arts in my free time.
I hold a Law degree from the Pedagogical University of Krakow and am currently completing my postgraduate studies in Positive Psychology and Psychosocial Skills Training at the University of Warsaw. Professionally, I work as a corporate trainer. When facilitating Games4Biz business simulation games, my focus is on highlighting and leveraging the positive strengths of every participant. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, traveling, and reading.
I graduated from the Academy of Audio Engineering and am currently studying Italian Philology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. In my career, I thrive on creative challenges and love connecting with interesting people and their stories. When co-facilitating Games4Biz training games, my goal is to help participants develop their skills in an engaging and relaxed environment. Outside of work, I am passionate about video games, cinema, sports, and
music—I am a vocalist and play the guitar.
I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Gdańsk and graduated from the SET Group Business Trainers School. I am an instructor for the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP) and an interpersonal skills trainer. When facilitating Games4Biz team building games, I love witnessing the players’ high engagement and the genuine emotions that emerge during the experience. Outside of work, my hobbies include musical theater as well as the
psychology of creativity, education, and organizations.
