The Plot

Transport your team to the Great Plains of 1866 with The Red Cloud Alliance, an immersive corporate game rooted in historical narrative, honor, and strategic alignment. 

Faced with external threats, participants assume the role of clan members working alongside the great leader Red Cloud to unify their peoples. To earn their seat in the Grand Ring, teams must pass the Trial of Core Virtues—which can be fully customized to mirror your company’s core values—and trade effectively with other groups. 

This simulation is the ultimate platform for enhancing cross-team collaboration, win-win negotiation, and balancing local department goals with global company success.
