Client Profile
- Industry: International corporation, IT sector
- Global Footprint: Over 20,000 implementations across 100 countries
- Target Group: 170 professionals, including representatives from the Polish branch and international global guests
Objectives
Operating on a massive global scale, the client wanted to achieve three primary goals:
- Unify a highly diverse team around shared corporate values and strategic goals
- Strengthen cross-functional and interpersonal relationships across borders
- Foster a deep sense of belonging to a single, global organization, completely bridging national and cultural divides
The Solution
To accommodate the scale of the event, the client bypassed traditional, fragmented workshop models. They specifically sought an immersive team-building simulation that could engage a large group in one room simultaneously, eliminating the need to break people into isolated subgroups. High engagement and a high-energy, fun atmosphere were critical factors in their decision.
- Program: The Red Cloud Alliance corporate simulation game
- Format: In-person (large-scale conference room setting)
- Structure: Group divided into 24 cross-functional teams
- Duration: 3.5 hours (including game execution and tactical debrief)
- Language: English
The simulation required teams to simultaneously pursue two parallel tracks: successfully pass the trial of “Core Virtues” by upholding explicit corporate values, while maximizing resources to hit defined financial targets.
Results & Strategic Impact
The experiential simulation successfully met all criteria and delivered immediate impact across the large-scale workforce:
- Cross-Border Alignment: The game broke down cultural barriers, allowing a massive, highly diverse group of employees to discover hidden team strengths, uncover blind spots, and form authentic workplace bonds.
- Elevating Cultural Intelligence (CQ): Immersive gameplay naturally raised cross-cultural awareness, boosting the participants’ cultural intelligence—a critical asset for a company operating in 100 countries.
- Living the Values: During the debrief, participants noted that the simulation allowed them to actively live and experience behaviors aligned with corporate values, making those concepts feel tangible rather than just words on a slide deck.
- Culture Ownership: Managers and employees walked away with a profound realization: through their daily decisions and local actions, they directly shape and own the overarching organizational culture of the global company.
