Seamless team bonding was an additional expected outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client was specifically looking for a solution that went beyond the scope of a typical training workshop. They were fully aware that a group of 22 people was too large for traditional classroom training, yet they did not want to artificially divide the team into isolated subgroups. To solve this, we proposed an experiential learning-based strategic corporate simulation designed to engage 22 or more participants simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Program:<\/strong> <em>The Red Cloud Alliance<\/em> corporate simulation game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Format:<\/strong> In-person (conference room setting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structure:<\/strong> Group divided into 9 competing teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 4 hours (including a comprehensive debrief)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> Polish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the simulation, each team represented a different North American tribe, starting with a unique, distinct pool of resources\u2014charms, utility goods, and cash. Success depended entirely on strategically accumulating the right assets and executing the best path to get them. The tribes had total autonomy over their strategy, facing critical execution questions: How do we incentivize others to cooperate? How do we communicate to foster immediate trust? How do we build compelling arguments and negotiate to secure what we need? All of this high-stakes strategy unfolded in a high-energy, engaging, and fun atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Results &amp; Key Takeaways<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The experiential learning program proved to be the ideal choice for the client. During the post-game debrief, participants shared that the simulation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cMade us realize how absolutely vital open, trust-based communication is to our organizational success.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cUnderscored the fact that seamless cooperation between departments is entirely possible\u2014but it requires stepping out of our comfort zones, practicing empathy, and truly understanding each other&#8217;s needs and interests.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cHelped us develop and test effective strategies for persuasion and influencing, even when dealing with a party that initially seems completely indifferent.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cGave us a safe sandbox environment to practice high-level negotiation techniques in real time, without incurring the financial consequences of real-world mistakes.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cAllowed us to connect and see each other from a completely different perspective than our usual daily routines.
