More importantly, one that would allow them to try out various strategies for navigating such an unpredictable environment.  <strong>The Red Cloud Alliance corporate game was the answer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group divided into 18 teams<\/li>\n\n<li>Duration: 4 hours (including the debrief)<\/li>\n\n<li>Format: in-person (conference room)<\/li>\n<li>Language: Polish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each team represented a different North American tribe and started with a certain pool of resources (charms, utility goods, and cash) \u2013 different from all others. Success depended on accumulating the necessary resources and the means by which this was achieved.  <\/p>\n<p>None of the teams knew what resources other tribes possessed. Neither were they familiar with other tribes goals or strategies. In fact, at the beginning, none of the teams were clear on where to start, as information was lacking, and some of what was available was difficult to interpret unambiguously. Moreover, during the game, participants were surprised by changes they had not predicted.   <\/p>\n\n<h2>Results<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The team-building integration game met all its objectives.<\/strong> When asked, &#8220;What did this game make you realize? What did it inspire you to do? What conclusions do you draw in the context of your work?&#8221; participants responded:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The game perfectly reflected the changes happening before our eyes in our daily work&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This game was a mirror image of what we experience at work: uncertainty and constant change&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You cannot be ignorant of change or expect it to pass. You have to confront it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s worth having several options for action, not relying on one approach, because it might be ineffective&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You need to seek information, but that&#8217;s not enough.
